GT offers you the choice of medical plan options through UnitedHealthcare (UHC). It’s important to understand how each works so you can pick the right plan for you and your family.

Here are highlights of each medical plan:

Preventive Care (In-Network) All three plans pay 100% for eligible in-network charges. You will not pay towards the deductible or a copay.

To save the most on out-of-pocket costs, always see in-network Premium Care Physicians. UHC evaluates physicians in various specialties using evidence-based medicine and national standardized measures to help you locate quality and cost-efficient care.

Visit myuhc.com and click on Find a Provider to find an in-network doctor near you. Once you are on the website you will see hearts next to the provider's name. Even if the hearts are not filled in, they are still network providers.
